Fees and Investment for 2025

**Effective April 7th, 2025**
Payments are to be made monthly in advance.

– Over 4’s: £5.75 per hour, per child
– Under 4’s: £6.50 per hour, per child

Funded Places
I am commissioned by Highland Council to offer funded places for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, similar to nursery provisions. These funded placements are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and can be blended with paid hours.

Contract Information

To ensure full transparency, please review the following contract details carefully before signing:

1. **Birth Certificate:** You agree to present your child’s Birth Certificate before their first visit to my setting.
2. **Doorstep Visit:** You have completed a doorstep visit and feel confident that both you and your child will be comfortable with my service.
3. **Policies and Procedures:** You have reviewed, understood, and signed all relevant policies and procedures.
4. **Late Payment Fees:** A £10 per day fee will be added to your month’s fees for any late payments.
5. **Late Pick-ups/Early Drop-offs:** Any pick-ups or drop-offs outside of your contracted hours will incur additional charges, added to your month’s fees. (Exceptions apply during staggered COVID-related drop-off/pick-up times.)
6. **Holiday Policy:** Holidays taken by you will still be charged at the normal rate, as you are securing your child’s place in my setting. Due to Care Inspectorate regulations, the number of children I can care for is limited, ensuring a small, caring home environment.
